When a pandemic purchase of a two-story fixer-upper turned into our clients' primary residence, we were brought on to lead the renovation. The floor plan was altered to open up the kitchen for enhanced functionality, and we worked with a local installer after our comprehensive kitchen designs and plans were set. Our team created a country-chic aesthetic by incorporating vintage while maintaining a contemporary feel with floating shelves, a stone backsplash, and a black lighting fixture. Our team oversaw project management of the new electrical and paint plan, floor refinishing, and install.
